Winter Wonderland Tablescape

Hello everyone,

Susan at Between Naps on the Porch has encouraged me to start blogging so please be patient as I am having to learn what to do.  I have a Facebook page by the same name A Southern Table so if I can't get the photos on here please visit that page.  These tables were done for New Year's Eve but by eliminating the hat and a few other obvious NY's Eve items it works well for January since it's usually so dark and dreary!!  Sort of gets us off the leafless branches and thinking about more colorful things to come like Valentine's and Mardi Gras.  This is a wonderful table for 2 with a fabulous white orchid that you can't see the 7 blooms on.  I will have to improve my photography skills too!!!

  7. Good luck with your new blog. I started blogging about 10 months ago at the encouragement of a friend also! If it makes you smile and is fun just keep it up and it will get easier as you go! Love the mardi gras table - I am working up a post on a mardi gras party right now.
